Terms & Conditions — jeetwon

By accessing the jeetwon website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jeetwon Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms that may apply to individual promotions. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetwon ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the jeetwon platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes.

jeetwon reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on record . The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and governed by applicable law. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Access to jeetwon is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any commercial or corporate entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a jeetwon employee or any affiliated business entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jeetwon or had an account closed for breaches of these Terms & Conditions.

jeetwon takes its 18+ policy extremely seriously. Age verification checks may be conducted at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by the Platform. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to pass age verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds. Deposits made prior to verification may be returned to the original payment method at the Platform's discretion.

To access the full range of jeetwon products and services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to notify jeetwon promptly of any changes to this information.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active player account on jeetwon. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, jeetwon reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all bonus balances. Real-money deposits may be returned to the original payment method at the Platform's sole discretion.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jeetwon will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact support at support@jeetwon immediately.

Account Verification (KYC): jeetwon operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad wallet showing your registered name and number)

Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. jeetwon reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support@jeetwon. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

jeetwon processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jeetwon balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating bank. jeetwon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests are processed by the jeetwon finance team within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically received by the player within 2–6 hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.

Withdrawal Conditions: A minimum of one real-money deposit wager must be placed before a withdrawal request will be approved. jeetwon reserves the right to request proof of identity before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering controls.

Currency: All balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jeetwon does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees levied by the player's own bank or mobile financial service provider are the player's responsibility.

Transaction Disputes: If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify jeetwon support within 72 hours of the transaction date by emailing support@jeetwon with full transaction details. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated.

jeetwon offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over general bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bets are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion. jeetwon reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including if abuse of the bonus system is suspected. Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.

Prohibited Bonus Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited in connection with bonus funds:

• Using bonus funds to place hedged or arbitrage bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once

VIP Programme: jeetwon operates a four-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Progression through tiers is based on monthly qualifying deposit and wagering volume. VIP tier benefits, including enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawals, and exclusive promotional offers, are subject to change at jeetwon's discretion. VIP status is reviewed monthly and may be downgraded if qualifying thresholds are not maintained.

Seasonal Promotions: jeetwon runs special promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. Players in all divisions of Bangladesh — from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar — are equally eligible for all seasonal promotions.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the jeetwon platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate.

• Fraudulent Activity: You must not use stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account. Any deposit made via a fraudulently obtained payment method will be reversed and the account permanently closed.
• Automated Software: You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, AI-assisted betting software, or any other technology that gives you an unfair mechanical advantage over the Platform or other players. jeetwon employs active detection measures and will act immediately upon detection.
• Collusion: You must not collude with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on the jeetwon platform.
• Money Laundering: You must not use jeetwon for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity in accordance with our AML policy.
• Misrepresentation: You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with jeetwon staff.
• Reverse Engineering: You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, game engine, RNG system, or security mechanism on the jeetwon platform.
• Harassment: You must not harass, abuse, threaten, or defame jeetwon staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.

jeetwon reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction at any time. During an investigation, your account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds restricted. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation and to provide any information or documentation requested within the stated timeframe.

All content on the jeetwon platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeetwon or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt), and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeetwon platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or broadcast any content from the Platform
• Create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use jeetwon branding, logos, or trademarks in any context without prior written permission
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on another website without prior written permission
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction techniques on any part of the Platform

Any unauthorised use of jeetwon intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. To request permission for any use of jeetwon intellectual property, contact support@jeetwon.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetwon's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetwon shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of goodwill or damage to reputation
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events outside jeetwon's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government)

jeetwon does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
